Training

October - Easy training, 4-6 days/week, with a goal of getting back into the swing of full time training.

November - Thirty days of swimming.  Coach Mike's plan worked so well, I'm devoting another month to improving my swim.

December and January - Eight week off season plan in development.  Primarily base building with some speedwork in the run discipline.

February to May - Sixteen week marathon program using swimming and biking to improve aerobic base while minimizing potential for injuries.

Racing

These are all possibilities.  I will post an official schedule as registrations are completed.  Bold means the race directors already have my money.

Green Bay Marathon - Complete, 3:41:38, marathon PR.

Bellin Run-10K - Complete, 42:49.

Trinity Triathlon-sprint - Complete 1:15:31, PR at this distance.
